Marketing Specialist

Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, has an excellent career opportunity for a Marketing Specialist at its Pittsburgh, PA office. This position will utilize technical knowledge to develop and maintain marketing materials for e-mail campaigns, online advertising, website, social media, and other promotional materials and provide support to Marketing & Sales management in data analysis.Magnetics is headquartered in Pittsburgh with manufacturing in China, a sales office in Hong Kong, and a distribution center in Phoenix, AZ. Magnetics is a leading world supplier of precision soft magnetic components and materials to the electronics industry. We specialize in research, design, and production of high-quality powder cores, ferrite cores, and tape wound cores for applications such as chokes, inductors, filters, transformers, and power supply components for use in alternative energy, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), telecommunications, aerospace, military, medical and other electronics systems.Primary responsibilities will include:Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), email (Constant Contact), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.Organize, promote, and attend (as required) domestic and international trade shows.Develop expertise in Kentico and Drupal CMS to help maintain company websites.Meet SEO objectives using Google Analytics and Search Console.Collect, analyze, and distribute sales and marketing data.Support in the creation of technical marketing materials including catalogs, bulletins, and PowerPoint Presentations.Assist with LiveChat communication software.Domestic and international travel required, 5-10%Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in Marketing or International Marketing and 1 - 3 years of marketing experience for a global operation.Spang provides a full benefits package with one of the best 401(k) matching plans in the business, competitive salaries, and much more.
