This innovative organization stands at the forefront of transforming military systems, revolutionizing their design, construction, and deployment.WHAT YOU'LL DOWork directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designsApply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assembliesImplement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designsLead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputsDevelop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standardsWork in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple concurrent projects and customersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout or DesignFull understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements.Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each designAbility to determine work priorities based on broad direction from managementExpertise in applying relevant IPC standards, CID, CID+ certificationExperience using Altium Designer CAD toolsExperience with developing component libraries and library managementExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with othersAbility to work within our company and team culture.Must have an active U.S. Top Secret security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similarUS Salary Range$160,000 - $200,000 USD
