Job DescriptionSenior Commercial Lines Client Executive - HybridPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Client Executive is responsible for strategic relationship management and consultative services for large and complex Casualty clients. Leading the client team, the Senior Client Executive coordinates resources to deliver comprehensive service and placement that align with the client's insurance and risk management needs. This role utilizes advanced P&C knowledge to design insurance coverage solutions, consult with clients on their needs, and identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new business.As a Senior Client Executive, Your Key Responsibilities IncludeBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at sophisticated client organizations, understanding their business, and advising on critical risk and insurance matters.Collaborating with the client team to consult with clients on identifying risk exposures, assessing risk appetite, and establishing risk management priorities to develop tailored insurance programs.Leading and overseeing the client service team, which includes client service representatives, wholesale brokers, risk control consultants, and claims consultants, while providing strategic guidance to both clients and team members.Managing the client renewal process to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.Working alongside our team members on coverage, program structure, and loss analysis.Assisting in the resolution of issues involving clients, carriers, and vendors.Conducting contract reviews and making coverage recommendations.Supporting cross-selling efforts and other growth initiatives within the company.Setting sales goals and targeting new third-party client revenue to meet agency expectations of $500,000 - $750,000 over an 18-24 month timeframe.Managing and servicing a book of business generating $1 million in revenue over an 18-24 month period.Aiding the team with proposals and RFP presentations to clients and prospects.This position primarily serves middle market to large and complex clients, which may include sophisticated buyers, subcontractor default programs, controlled insurance programs, and revenue exceeding $1 million, requiring enhanced account service coordination.What You Bring To UsA minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a commercial Property & Casualty brokerage setting, with a proven track record in client service, account management, and placement.A BA/BS degree in insurance, finance, or a related field.Property & Casualty and other relevant state licenses.Advanced designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM are preferred.Industry expertise in areas like real estate, hospitality, or construction is a plus.A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a consultative team environment, effectively lead a team, and mentor junior colleagues.In-depth knowledge of large deductible and/or complex casualty programs, with the ability to clearly communicate and explain these concepts to clients.Comprehensive understanding of property, casualty, and management liability insurance coverage.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, and team-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and EPIC.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Effective time management and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
