Business Transactional AttorneyLocation: Annapolis, MD ( Hybrid )Salary: $150,000 - $250,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Business Transactional Attorney to provide expert legal counsel and support to our clients in various business transactions. The successful candidate will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and assisting with the formation of business entities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate operating agreements and purchase agreementsAssist clients in the formation of various business entitiesProvide legal guidance on contract matters and ensure compliance with applicable lawsConduct due diligence and risk assessments for business transactionsCollaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutionsStay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting business transactionsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 3 years of experience in business transactional lawStrong knowledge of operating agreements, purchase agreements, and entity formationExcellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects effectivelyBenefitsBonusHealth/Dental/VisionPTO401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
