Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for an experienced analyst to join the team as a Business analysis lead to collaborate with Securities Operations teams, Technology, and Transformation teams in delivering in -depth business and functional analysis and build specifications for target state design.Required (hard) skills/experienceBusiness Analysts / Project ManagerBanking or financial services experience - Capital Markets / Operations Middle or Back OfficeData Analysis & Visualization4.BA/Undergraduate DegreeOverview of the work being done supporting delivery of change/transformation projects across Global Fixed Income Operations Requirement gathering, engaging with business / project partners, documentation, solution designing, support UAT activitiesPreferred skills/experienceExperience as PM at tier 1 bankGood managing and presenting large sets of dataStorytelling skillsAbility to engage / influence senior and junior members of staff; Able to drive delivery of portfolio of work through requirements gathering, challenging processes and help identifying solutionsPay rate: 45 dls per hour
