Job SummaryUnder direct supervision, responsible for performing microbiological analysis on raw materials, finished goods, and stability samples as assigned.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Perform non-routine assignments to conduct analysis on product/material samples.Use laboratory instrumentation and computer systems to collect and record data. Recognizes malfunctions in laboratory equipment and notifies management.Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related science. Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office.Preferred Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in QC and/or R&D microbiology laboratory.Experience with testing antimicrobial products/materials. -Proficient in LIMS.Knowledge of R&D and/or QC Microbiology compendial test methods.Able to determine if a gap analysis is necessary.Benefits Medline is committed to offering competitive benefits and a variety of choices to best meet the needs of you and your family.
