Will be leading the team with technical expertise in the areas listed below:Core Skills: NodeJS, API Development, React, AWS,Databases: Dynamo DB, NoSQLLanguages/Technologies: Node JS,Bonus Technologies (Not required): Java, MySQL, Docket, Lambda (Serverless), Elasticsearch, Jenkins, Unit Testing, SQS, DevOps, GitHub,The Product Development Team is part of the Global Technology Organization within the Product Innovation & Consumer Creation domain. The team is responsible for building product lifecycle tools and technologies across Apparel, Footwear, and Equipment. The tools and technology are focused on transforming the physical product innovation and creation workflow from concept to creation. The teams manage vendor tools as well as internally developed custom experiences and platforms. The product development connects to several strategic objectives across footwear and apparel to unlock value for the business including capacity, sustainability, and maker experience. The scope of this project is focused on creating a Costing Solution that will provide visibility to various material, cost, labor data that will allow our teams to make better decisions that will lead to lower labor cost, lower material cost and lower overhead cost. The team will manage a Nike Platform using systems built in Spring Boot, running EC2 and ECS on Fargate in AWS. We use SQS, SNS, Dynamo DB and Aurora. We practice DevOps so we manage our own VPC and ALB networking layer, deploy using Jenkins and monitor with Cloudwatch, Splunk and SignalFx.
