The Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee/execute the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including bar ordering, menu changes, scheduling, hiring and managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and maintaining quality standardsQualificationsProven experience in fine dining restaurant and bar managementExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientationKnowledge of food and beverage industry regulationsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasksCertification in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
