SummaryThe Marketing Manager at TYR Sport will be responsible for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, managing daily marketing operations, and collaborating across multiple departments. As part of the marketing team, this role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize projects, and efficiently execute campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketer with a potential focus on specific channels as their strengths are identified, contributing to the overall success of TYR Sport's marketing initiatives.Position Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesCampaign ExecutionLead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely delivery across digital, social, and traditional platforms.Day-to-day ManagementOversee daily marketing activities, manage timelines, and deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.CollaborationWork closely with various departments, including sales, product development, retail, e-commerce, creative, community, and partnerships, to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.Project PrioritizationAssess and prioritize tasks and projects based on business needs and deadlines, ensuring efficient management of resources and time.Content DevelopmentAssist with the creation of content for digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.Data and ReportingMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and optimize future marketing strategies.Budget AssistanceHelp manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources across campaigns and initiatives.Vendor and Partner CoordinationManage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.LeadershipInitially guides and influences projects and team members without direct reports, with the potential to manage a small team in the future.Qualifications and Competencies4-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid media).Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred).A well-rounded marketing skill set with the potential for specialization in specific channels.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.4-6 years of marketing experience with a proven ability to manage and execute campaigns.Experience in sportswear, footwear, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
