We solve problems with light.Job Summary:Seeking a Sr JD Edwards Business Analyst (Oracle EnterpriseOne 9.x) with extensive experience implementing and supporting the JD Edwards manufacturing and distribution modules. This person will work closely with various business stakeholders to develop creative integrated solutions in support of corporate objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively with multiple groups is required.Responsibilities:Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure the JD Edwards Manufacturing and Distribution modules are being used effectively and are in alignment with business goalsManage projects from inception to completion with adherence to project scope, timeline, budget and compliance directivesOvercome project challenges as they arise and ensure effective communication among stakeholdersWork with system users to understand new requirements and propose solutions using base code or limited strategic modificationsWrite functional specifications for custom development requirementsEnsure system configuration and modifications are properly documented and play a key role in overall improvement of system documentationDevelop test scripts and work with system users on testing and deployment of changesMonitor the JD Edwards environment to maintain system integrity, troubleshoot problems and implement data integrity fixes when necessaryProvide day to day support as needed using established helpdesk systemProvide user training when necessaryAssist in selecting and implementing new technologiesRequirements:7+ years specializing in implementing and supporting the JD Edwards Manufacturing and Distribution ModulesBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently or as a team memberStrong interpersonal skills and capable of leading a variety of project initiatives from start to finishAbility to work under pressure when critical issues ariseWillingness to learn new technologies in support of corporate objectivesThorough knowledge of the underlying JD Edwards M&D table structures and their relationshipsAbility to understand and document complex system processesAbility to read E1 code for debugging and research purposesStrong SQL skills required for data analysis and researching integrity issuesAdditional Qualifications:Experience with other ERP supporting applications (Varsity, Warehousing, PDF Overlay/Createform, BI, EDI etc.)JD Edwards Finance module experienceEnterpriseOne toolset development experience a big plusBenefits:Competitive 401k Employer matchingHolidaysPTOAmazing Leadership TeamFlexible work scheduleAnd more!
