Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

 Our Client, a Staffing company, is looking for Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist for their Troy, Michigan location Responsibilities: Primarily ensures accurate and timely entry of client billing including verifying bill rates and hours. Acknowledges, reviews, and answers incoming emails regarding billing in a timely manner. Researches and resolves any billing discrepancies independently or with other departments when required. Enters corrections and adjustments into the client system and/or accounting system to ensure accurate payments from the client. Completes checklists to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and by weekly and/or monthly due dates. Audits existing bill rates within accounting system to ensure billing accuracy. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
