Handyman / Groundskeeper

We are seeking two experienced handymen/groundskeepers to maintain and improve our property facilities and grounds. The ideal candidates will have broad maintenance skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)Maintain grounds, including lawn care, snow removal, and landscape upkeepConduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenanceHandle emergency maintenance situations as neededKeep maintenance supplies organized and well-stockedMaintain equipment and tools in good working conditionDocument completed work and maintenance recordsSalary: $85,000-$100,000 annually. All salaries are Dependent On Experience and References, and all candidates must be comfortable submitting themselves for a Federal Background Check.Schedule: Full-time. 7:30am - 4pm. Must be available for occasional emergency calls. Some weekend rotation required. Year-round position.Requirements:Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in building maintenance or facilities managementStrong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)Experience with grounds maintenance equipment and landscaping toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditionsBasic computer skills for maintenance tracking and communicationStrong problem-solving abilitiesReliable transportationPreferred QualificationsTechnical certification in building maintenance or related fieldExperience with power tools and heavy equipment operationKnowledge of building codes and safety regulationsSwimming pool maintenance experienceHVAC certificationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periodsCapable of climbing ladders and working at heightsMust be able to bend, kneel, and lift heavy objectsComfortable working in various weather conditions
