Job Description:Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively lead and manage digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results. You will support client business growth through a holistic digital media approach, leveraging key platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, Display, and Microsoft Ads. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior managers and marketing directors, identify impactful strategies, and contribute to the evolution of our client's digital marketing initiatives. A successful Associate Digital Media Manager is a self-starter with hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign management and understands a 360 approach to marketing. He/She/They are constantly learning, looking for mentorship to further develop their skills, and have a strong desire to keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices. Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Set up, optimize, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic channels. This includes targeting, keyword selection, budget setting, pacing, and bid adjustments to meet performance goals.Data Analysis: Analyzing digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This could involve using digital analytics tools to track site traffic, engagement, and conversions.Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with the internal team to develop and implement data-driven optimization tactics, share insights, brainstorm strategies, and support integrated campaign initiatives.Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms. Leverage new tools and techniques to identify opportunities and optimize performance.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Support execution of media plans, oversee quality control, and ensure smooth project delivery.Certification Management: Maintain current certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels to demonstrate platform expertise. Stay up-to-date on the latest platform changes and industry news, attend webinars and conferences, and share key takeaways with the team.Tag Management: Utilize Google Tag Manager to track user behavior and implement event tracking for accurate measurement of digital campaign success. This includes testing triggers and troubleshooting tracking.Data Visualization & Reporting: Create visual, informative reports using Excel, pivot tables, and other data visualization tools to present data in an easily digestible manner. Reports to showcase campaign outcomes, key insights, and recommendations. Effective Communication: Clearly articulate campaign results, strategic insights, and recommendations in written and verbal formats to both internal and external stakeholders.Independence and Initiative: Balance independent work with collaborative team efforts. Proactively take ownership of individual tasks while contributing to overall team success. Required Qualifications:2+ Years of Paid Digital Marketing Experience: Hands-on management of SEM (search engine marketing) and paid social media campaigns. Proficiency in Major Ad Platforms: such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, and Display. Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data into insights, optimize strategies, and create detailed performance reports. Attention to Detail: Highly organized and deeply detail-oriented. Proven ability to handle multiple projects at a time. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex data in an easy-to-understand manner through both verbal and written communication. MS Office Suite Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization. Independent & Team Player: Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Bonus Points for:Certificates: Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Meta Certifications. GTM: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager tag implementation, testing and troubleshooting. Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Datorama. CRM: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and project management software like Microsoft Planner.
