They offer an incredible benefits package, a supportive team, and a location in walking distance of amazing restaurants!Overview of the Accounting Assistant role: Reconciling and balancing accounts Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings Communicating with vendors in a timely and professional manner regarding inquiries, invoicing, and discrepancies Administrative work includes general filing and data entry when necessaryPreferred Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant: Minimum two years of accounting clerk (or similar) experience!
