Criminal Defense Attorney

Our needs are ever evolving and we're looking for a Defense Attorney to join our Philadelphia team.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in criminal cases, including pre-trial proceedings, trials, and appeals.Research and analyze legal issues related to criminal defense and develop effective legal strategies.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice throughout the process.Negotiate plea deals and settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.Prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other necessary filings for court.Stay updated on changes in criminal law and legal developments in Philadelphia.Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff to manage case files and litigation strategies.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.Proven experience in criminal defense with a track record of successful case outcomes.Strong understanding of criminal law, specifically in the Philadelphia jurisdiction.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.(Nice to have) Experience in Workers Compensation, Labor Law, and Union representation is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive Salary(based on experience) with Annual IncentiveFull Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision401k with Company MatchEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
