This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and lead ground-breaking initiatives within their new Healthcare Practice, collaborating closely with both payers and providers.About the Role:As a Partner, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and providing visionary leadership to our client's new Healthcare Practice. Their team comprises some of the brightest minds in the industry, who work collaboratively to drive excellence and achieve impactful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and exceptional client satisfaction.Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client portfolioDevelop and nurture robust client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored, strategic solutions.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge insights to clients.Qualifications:Extensive experience in the Healthcare Payer and Provider industry, partnering with major healthcare organisations, insurers, and provider networks.Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver outstanding results.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.Strong business development skills with a history of successfully growing client portfoliosAdvanced degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred.Expertise in partnering with payers and providers in strategic areas such as market access, pricing and reimbursement, product launch strategy, regulatory strategy, commercial strategy, and corporate strategyIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for Healthcare and a desire to lead and inspire, we want to hear from you!
