Whether it's in aerospace, energy, minerals, or transport, we work with our customers to deliver outstanding materials knowledge, fast production turn times, reliable forecasts, and great customer service.Lincotek Group is a world leader in the coatings industry and is active, through its different operating business units, in the European, Asian and American continents, with four main divisions: Aerospace, Industrial Gas Turbine, Biomedical, and Equipment.Position SummaryThe Facility Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, and maintenance of the plant infrastructure and all related/associated equipment.Essential FunctionsManage the overall facility related equipment maintenance activities for the company including, operating and capital budgets, personnel, and uptime.Analysis, interpretation, and improvement of key Maintenance metrics to increase uptime and reduce cost.Project management for process installation and/or move, start up, and acceptance.Establish and continually improve a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) culture.Set up, utilize, and maintain accuracy of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Ensure all facility related equipment has the appropriate planned maintenance set up on the proper intervals. Conduct equipment risk ranking at a minimum of annually.Ensure all work orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished. Ensure proper documentation is included. Schedule and follow up, while acting in a "hands on" manner to ensure preventive/corrective maintenance actions are implemented as planned.Establish, evaluate, maintain, and organize equipment consumables and spare parts inventories. Define min. and max. levels based on equipment history and continuous improvement.Seek out and solicit quotes from multiple vendors and recommend purchase from highest-value provider. Manage all subcontract workings.Define the staff objectives by promoting the growth and the satisfaction of employees (as required).Develop and provide training for maintenance related activities as required. Standardization of Maintenance best practices, i.e. visual management, standard equipment, etc.Perform planned and unplanned maintenance activities as needed.Working in the Company's Quality and Safety System context, in accordance with its procedures and requirements.Focus on management. Must have proven management and leadership skills, data driven and also able to work in process improvement with measurable KPIs.Supervisory ResponsibilityYesWork EnvironmentThis job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computes, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate.TravelOccasional overseas and domestic travel may be required to support the rapid growth of the company.EducationDegree in technical field, or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Maintenance in a Manufacturing environment. Industrial gas turbine, aerospace, automotive, food, pharmaceutical or other high volume production industry strongly preferred.Hands on experience with CMMS required.TPM implementation experience strongly preferred.Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.Must have excellent communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of internal customers, including technical managers.Must be able to read, analyze and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.Strong knowledge of both metric and US measurement systems.Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearHitemco LLC. and Lincotek Surface Solutions provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
