The Marketing Communications Specialist will develop and execute communications strategies to enhance corporate brand awareness, support product launches, and generate demand for our semiconductor solutions. This role focuses on coordinating marketing communications campaigns, creating compelling content, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing communications and a desire to learn more about the semiconductor industry.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product teams to develop product-specific content, highlighting technical specifications, features, and benefits.Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and other channels.Plan and support industry trade shows, webinars, and customer events, working closely with sales and product teams.Develop promotional materials and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless brand experience at events.Assist in creating and managing content for social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.), while engaging with the target audience to build brand presence.Assist in website content updates to ensure accuracy and optimization.Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines, reinforcing a cohesive brand image across channels.Assist in the content creation and production for a variety of marketing materials including blogs, social posts, newsletters, and more.Work closely with Senior Brand Manager to execute on activities for Credo Cares program designed to bridge the gap between big tech and charitable organizations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within the semiconductor or technology industry.Strong understanding of semiconductor technology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and social media strategies.Some experience dealing with non-profit organizations as a partner is preferred.
