Our client, a contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a temporary Benefits Manager to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position that will continue for 6 months with the potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business.Job Duties Include:Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.Oversee the management of the 401(k) plans ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsOversee the administration and management of workers' compensation program and claims, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulationsEnsure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulationsCollaborate with vendors and insurance providers to negotiate benefits packages, renewals, and agreementsConduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure service quality and cost-effectivenessDevelop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about benefits and enrollment processesConduct benefits orientation sessionsAnalyze benefits utilization data to assess program effectivenessPrepare reports and presentations on benefits costs, trends, and recommendationsAd hoc duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications Include:5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong emphasis on compliance and 401(k) managementKnowledge of federal and state laws relating to benefits plans including but not limited to workers comp, COBRA, and FMLABachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking benefits metricsMaster's degree or professional certification (e.g., CEBS, PHR) is a plus.Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefitsExperience in vendor management and contract negotiationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing a teamSalary: $120k annually While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
