Job Title: Operations Management Leadership Development ProgramLocation: Memphis, TN, or Lubbock, TX - Full relocation assistance providedPosition Overview:Step into a dynamic Operations Management Leadership Development Program designed specifically for engineers ready to take their careers to the next level. Over 18-24 months, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas such as plant operations, staffing and scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance and capital planning.
