This is a fantastic opportunity to take on complex, rewarding work in estate planning, where you'll be drafting intricate wills and trusts and navigating the nuances of estate, gift, and GST taxation.You should have experience preparing and reporting gift and estate tax returns, handling fiduciary income tax, and managing estate and trust administration. Strong legal research and writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients, are essential. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and enjoy problem-solving, this role offers a perfect blend of technical work and client interaction.Large firm experience is a plus, and while familiarity with InterActive Legal (ILS) is helpful, it's not required.
