Review FMLA leave requests and determine eligibility in compliance with applicable laws/regulations. Facilitate timely processing of requests. Maintain confidential records related to FMLA in accordance with Company policies and legal requirements. Daily Monitor and track FMLA usage. Monitor usage trends by day, department and employee and report out finds and suggestions to make improvements Work collaboratively with Springfield PandC team members and departmental management. Provide training/education on FMLA to managers and employees.Required Skills/Experience Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations. Knowledge of ADA administration. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and attention to detail skills. Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Suite, HRIS systems, Kronos) Previous experience working in a Union environment.Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration At least 5 years of FMLA administration experienceAbout us:DivIHN, the 'IT Asset Performance Services' organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
