JOB SUMMARYDashing Diva is seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee every element of the product from design to launch and beyond while ensuring it delivers value to both customers and business. The PD Assistant Manager reports directly to Sr. Director of PD and working closely with DD's major retailers. The ideal candidate is sharp, highly analytical, well-disciplined, and logically minded with a strong design/fashion/trend sense. Experience in working with factories and vendors in fashion, beauty, and/or cosmetics is required.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and coordinate communication with design, R&D, and production teams in the U.S., Korea, and ChinaAssist in overseeing the design and manufacture and plan how to market and promote the productMarket research and generate ideas for products based on market researchPlan and manage product development scheduleAssess competitors and product market dataProvide management with analyses and reportsSpecifying and overseeing the research and product/consumer test neededQUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at beauty, cosmetics, and fashion brandsDrive to create groundbreaking products, and create exponential success as part of a high-performing teamExcellent communications skills with C-suite stakeholders, vendors, and customers across cross-functional teams, and demonstrated experience in building a relationship with themAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentData-driven method for decision-making using KPIs and metricsBilingual in Korean and English preferredLocation: Port Washington, NY | Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day at home)Job Type: Full-time | ExemptSalary Range: $80,000~$100,000 per yearThe base pay offered varies depending on multiple factors, such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience.Dashing Diva is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender identity, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information or any other classification protected by Federal, State or Local law
