Sales & Marketing AdministratorAre you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for client management and team collaboration? We're seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting sales teams, coordinating events, and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Sales SupportMaintain and update daily/weekly/monthly company and sales reports.Manage and maintain the master client list, ensuring data accuracy.Assist in onboarding new agents and partners with tools and systems (Breakthrough Broker, Title Capture, iContact, FB Groups, etc.).Coordinate follow-up communications, including automated email campaigns, thank you cards, and personalized gestures for first transactions and co-broker deals.Event AdministrationOrganize and coordinate team events, liaising with venues, managing RSVPs, ordering catering, and ensuring smooth event execution.Maintain the yearly CE class schedule and assist with organizing sales meetings, including taking notes and implementing follow-up actions.Social Media & Client EngagementCollaborate with the creative team to monitor and enhance our social media presence.Track client life events (birthdays, holidays, condolences) and send thoughtful, timely gifts or cards.What We're Looking ForProficiency in Google Docs and other office tools.Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.General knowledge of Facebook and social media.Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay commissionYearly bonusesComprehensive benefits packageIf you're passionate about client service, enjoy organizing events, and want to be a vital part of a dynamic sales and marketing team, we'd love to hear from you!
