Job Title: Litigation AssociateLocation: Los Angeles, CAJob Description:The Litigation Associate will play a key role in representing clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. The successful candidate will have strong legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.Assist in trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and preparing witnesses.Manage case files and maintain detailed and organized documentation.Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.Provide counsel to clients on litigation matters and keep them informed of case developments.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
