With a mission to improve patient care, we deliver information and education to healthcare professionals through 400+ global, regional, and local events and reach over 2 million users monthly through digital networks and social channels.We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will focus on building brand awareness and lead generation to drive paid attendance to our Psych Congress portfolio events by developing polished and creative content for digital marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate will be skilled at executing various digital marketing strategies as well as performing data analysis to demonstrate return on marketing investment. We're looking for a skilled marketer, capable of running promotional campaigns across a variety of integrated platforms. Integrated marketing experience (social media, digital advertising, and website) within a matrixed environment is preferred. An understanding of audience segmentation, and experience in building and nurturing brand reputation and alliances is necessary. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the followingMaintaining brand presence across a variety of social media platforms. This includes scheduling social posts, responding to messages, and interacting with other accounts.Work with digital advertising team to launch and measure success of digital ad campaigns.Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation.Work within event mobile apps to schedule push notifications and enter in other relevant marketing content.Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, art and education.Utilize our project management system (Hive) to manage cross-departmental projects and deadlines.Other assignments as required by management.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree required (Marketing preferred or related field)2-3 years of experience in marketingHealthcare / CME events preferred but not requiredExperience working with marketing automation tools, i.e. HubSpotSolid understanding of essential elements of social media marketingExcellent written and verbal communication, including ability to sell ideas to management and across the organizationSuperb organizational, time management, and customer service skills - you will work with everyone in our organization and their individual stylesAbility to work well under pressure and manage competing prioritiesCreative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to adapt or modify campaign tacticsVerifiable and consistent work historyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); as well as CRM/database experience (preferred)Valid DL (for travel to and from both of our offices as deemed necessary by management)Travel required as directed by managementPlease follow HMP Global on LinkedIn for news and updates.
