Summary:The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and market share for Airgain's product lines. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, from launch to end-of-life. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Essential Function:Develop clear and compelling messaging that effectively communicates the unique benefits of Airgain's products to target audiences, including wireless network operators, device manufacturers, and consumers.Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the wireless industry. Analyze competitor landscapes and customer needs to inform product management and improve our marketing strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, product management).Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively communicate the value of Airgain's solutions.Develop engaging marketing content (whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars) that showcases Airgain's expertise and differentiated solutions.Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels, targeting specific segments within the wireless connectivity market.Develop and manage effective channel marketing programs to drive partner engagement, sales, and market penetration. Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing plans, provide sales training, and offer co-marketing support.Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather testimonials, case studies, and success stories that highlight the impact of Airgain's solutions.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve conversion rates, and drive growth.Requirements/Qualifications:Education/Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Preferred)5+years of experience in a product marketing role promoting wireless technology solutions with at least 2 years in a market facing role. (Preferred)Experience working for a fast-paced startup (Preferred)Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM and MS Office. You are a LinkedIn Super User.A great understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi), including knowledge of IoT devices, embedded systems, and their integration with wireless networks. Ability to conduct market research and customer interviews to understand customer needs and preferences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product messages to internal and external stakeholdersAbility to travel to trade shows and similar events, both domestically and internationally, as needed (up to 25%). Our salary ranges are determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the role, location, job-related skills, relevant education, experience and training. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range for new hire base salary for the position across all US locations and varies by the location of the position. Our Talent team member can share more about our salary ranges and other benefits of working at Airgain, which are not included in the posted base salary range.
