Work as a part of a dynamic leadership team where you can make a difference!The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for coaching and training production personnel in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. They will have multi-facility responsibility, and will create and maintain content tools for implementation, communication, and training. This person must have a strong background in Operations/Production and Lean manufacturing/TPM or similar programs.Ideal candidates will have the following:Bachelor's DegreeProgressive experience in manufacturing, including roles leading others and in Production/Operations, Technical or Warehouse operationsExperience leading the implementation of Lean, TPM, or similar CI program experiences with a track record of getting resultsMust have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong preference for food or beverage manufacturingStrong interpersonal skills, clear communicator, and demonstrated relationship-building skills.Talented influencer and team builder. Can form a team without official authority to do so and motivate that team to accomplish self-directed goals.Willingness to travel 50% - 75%Demonstrated project management skills on cross functional initiativesProven success in working with people in a change programLocation: Carson, CA
