What You'll Be Doing:Providing business and technical leadership to meet/exceed goals in Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.Optimizing packaging equipment and processes with continuous improvement solutions.Leading and inspiring a diverse workforce through motivation, training, and support.Establishing positive employee relations through effective communication and problem-solving.Managing performance feedback and documentation.Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.Preparing and maintaining necessary paperwork for the shift. About You:Be able to do the job as described.Effective communication and listening skills.Strong team-building capabilities.Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMPs.Understanding of sanitation, food handling, and food safety practices in a manufacturing/packaging environment.Ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
