Civil EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while meeting client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and oversee land development projects including grading and erosion control.Manage stormwater management systems and ensure water quality compliance.Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence assessments for potential projects.Prepare technical reports and documentation for project review and approval.Coordinate with survey and mapping teams to ensure accurate project specifications.Design and implement public and offsite improvements, including street and underground utilities.Provide construction support, including site visits and responding to RFIs.Perform hydrology and hydraulics analyses to inform design decisions.Utilize AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D for project design and drafting.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet community needs and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and stormwater management.Strong knowledge of geospatial technology, design processes, and public improvement standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D software.Excellent communication and project coordination skills.Ability to analyze hydrology, hydraulics, and perform earthworks calculations.Experience with construction support and project management is a plus.BenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)401(k) with matchDiscretionary Bonus ProgramMedical, dental, vision, and chiropracticVacation, sick, and holidaysAlternative work schedule (half day Fridays!)Hybrid schedule available (following 90 days).Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
