Bullpen, on behalf of our client - a mobile home park investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join a dynamic team. As the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of business operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in property management. Responsibilities: Operations Management Provide leadership and support to Community Managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Conduct regular visits to communities within the region to maintain standards, cleanliness, and address any concerns promptly. Analyze and review reports, addressing any discrepancies with Community Managers. Handle accidents, emergencies, and mechanical issues, promptly reporting them to the corporate office. Prioritize the safety and well-being of residents and team members. Team Leadership and Development Recruit, train, and motivate Community Managers, fostering a high-performing and positive team culture. Set performance expectations and conduct annual staff reviews as per corporate guidelines. Encourage effective communication and professionalism among team members. Provide necessary support, training, and problem-solving assistance to community-level staff. Financial Management Develop and manage community/regional budgets to achieve financial objectives. Analyze financial operations and variance reports, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue generation. Collaborate with the Director of Property Management to implement approved recommendations for improved financial performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard the company's interests. Sales and Marketing Conduct regular market studies to understand the market dynamics. Develop marketing strategies to increase revenue-producing sites and support sales staff in new and used home sales. Oversee advertising efforts and manage home inventory based on market demand. Respond to customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction. Engage with third parties, such as lenders and insurance carriers, as required. Strategic Planning Establish plans, allocate resources, and review progress to achieve regional goals. Regularly inspect communities to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance. Participate in company strategic planning and contribute to the development of operational strategies. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience in property management, real estate, or related industries. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in financial management and budgeting. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to property management. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
