Corporate Transactions Manager

Innovative Driven is seeking a Corporate Transactions Manager to join the team at a premier international law firm client based in NYC! The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience in private equity, investment management, and/or fund formation in a legal or financial firm. Candidates with strong corporate experience from within a law firm or AML experience from within a financial services company would also be a great fit for this role.The firm is working a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the preparation and response to AML queries received from the client, their portfolio companies and third partiesSupport attorneys advising premier private equity clients in connection with the organization of some of the world's largest and most prestigious fundsFacilitate client communication on a regular basisManage entity formation processes Prepare, revise and maintain formation documents, resolutions, bylaws, organization charts and transaction documentsAssist with uploading information to an internal databaseAssist with billingManage projects from within various workstreams with an eye for detailREQUIREMENTS:Minimum five years of experience in a corporate law environment or in complianceBachelor's degreeAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including ExcelAbility to work overtime, as needed
