Are you an experienced system administrator with a background in application management, ready to advance your career with a well-established supply chain organization in the Atlanta area?We're seeking a Procurement Applications Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for multiple procurement applications, with a focus on the Product Master Data system. In this role, you'll collaborate with vendors and business users to support system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across key applications.This is a full time, direct hire role that requires candidates to work in a hybrid setting in their Smyrna, GA office right by the Battery.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily support and first-line assistance for systems, end users, and technical issues.Serve as the subject matter expert on applications, understanding business processes, workflows, and data.Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and recommend system improvements that align with evolving requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for system issues, resolving tickets promptly to reduce business impact and downtime.Develop and execute test cases, manage user acceptance testing, and evaluate system enhancements or updates.Create new system features, write instructions, and document changes.Communicate updates or bug fixes to users.Assist with software installation, patches, and issue resolution to ensure a stable production environment.Keep design documents current as changes are implemented.Maintain and update user and admin manuals for reference.Oversee access security for assigned applications.Manage validations, configuration changes, user interface updates, data exports, and monitor system performance.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a technology-related or quantitative field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain), with 5-10 years of relevant experience.Previous experience in supply chain and familiarity with cloud-based systems.Proficiency in Product Master Data systems.Intermediate SQL skills, including the ability to write and execute SQL statements.Experience maintaining application security, understanding security models, and integrating applications.Experience working with large-scale databases.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).What Will Set You Apart:Previous IT system administration experience is highly preferred.Experience with Precisely Enable is a plus.Familiarity with systems like Precisely Enable, Manhattan Inventory Replenishment, or Bamboo Rose is a bonus.VTL knowledge is also desirable.If you're ready for a new challenge in a dynamic supply chain environment, we'd love to hear from you!
