Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR department.You will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, policydevelopment, and continuous improvement of HR processes.Responsibilities:Recruiting: Develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage job postings, review resumes, and oversee interview processes.Employee Relations: Conduct regular employee check-ins, address interpersonal issues, and foster a positive work environment.Compliance: Ensure compliance with NV labor laws, implement policy updates, and communicate changes to staff.Documentation: Oversee maintenance of employee records and generation of HR reports.Policy Management: Develop, review, and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company goals.Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and provide guidance on employee development.Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and promote professional growth opportunities.Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to align HR practices with business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback, stay updated on HR trends, and drive improvements in HR processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.In-depth knowledge of NV labor laws and HR best practices.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health insurance.Paid time off and 16 paid holidays.Opportunities for professional development and growth.
