ResponsibilitiesHandle and coordinate active calendarsSchedule and confirm meetingsEnsure file organization based on office protocolProvide ad hoc support around office as neededQualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior leadership in Finance or hospital administration Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSuper User in Excel, Power Point and WordStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsMust manage confidential and sensitive information and interact seamlessly with senior leadership across the network Extensive experience in Calendar MAP/AR exp desired
