Job Title:Marketing Communications Manager, Aesthetic InjectablesLocation:Newport Beach or RemoteTravel Requirements:30%Job Type:Full-timeJob Overview:The Marketing Communications Manager for Aesthetic Injectables will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing communications strategy for Letybo, Benev's new aesthetic neurotoxin. This role is responsible for creating and delivering compelling, compliant, and strategic communications that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and engagement across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-practice marketing.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Communications StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications plan to support the launch and ongoing promotion of Letybo, ensuring alignment with Benev's overall brand strategy and messaging.Content CreationProduce high-quality content, including sales collateral, email campaigns, social media posts, press releases, website content, and digital marketing assets that resonate with both healthcare providers and consumers.Brand ConsistencyEnsure all communications are consistent with the brand's voice, positioning, and visual guidelines, ensuring uniform messaging across all platforms and materials.Digital MarketingManage the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.In-Practice Marketing SupportDevelop patient-facing marketing materials (brochures, posters, digital assets) for aesthetic practices to educate patients about Letybo's benefits and increase in-practice conversions.KOL & PR EngagementCollaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to create and promote educational content, drive media engagement, and support product advocacy.Event MarketingSupport the planning and execution of marketing initiatives at trade shows, industry conferences, and regional events, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful product presentations.PRC Process ManagementWork closely with the legal and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing communications adhere to FDA guidelines, industry regulations, and company policies, including on-label promotion requirements.Metrics & ReportingTrack the performance of marketing communications campaigns and provide regular reports to leadership on KPIs such as engagement, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the sales, product, and training teams to ensure marketing materials align with sales goals, product updates, and training initiatives.Qualifications:ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.Content DevelopmentProven ability to create compelling, results-driven content for a range of channels including digital, print, and in-person marketing.Brand & Messaging ExpertiseStrong understanding of brand positioning and experience developing marketing strategies that effectively differentiate products in a competitive market.Regulatory ComplianceExperience working in a regulated industry with an understanding of FDA guidelines and compliance for marketing materials.Digital Marketing SkillsProficiency in managing digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies to drive customer engagement and product awareness.Event MarketingExperience supporting trade shows, conferences, and in-practice marketing efforts, including the development of marketing collateral and booth design.Project ManagementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery.Communication & CollaborationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative initiatives.Technology ProficiencyExperience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools is preferred.TravelWillingness to travel up to 30% to support marketing initiatives and events.Compensation:Base SalaryCompetitive, commensurate with experience and industry standards.401(k) PlanParticipation in the company's 401(k) savings plan.Health InsuranceComprehensive health insurance coverage provided.
