Tax Director OR Partner Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Tax Director to lead our tax team and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize profitability.Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including income, sales, and property taxes.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all tax-related transactions.Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate potential impact to senior leadership.Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.Supervise and mentor tax team members, providing guidance and support as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA certification required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax accounting, including at least 8 years in a leadership role.Expert knowledge of ASC 740.Experience as a Tax Partner or Tax Director preferred.Experience with C-Corp taxation required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsGreat Benefits + 401KFlexible PTOLucrative BonusesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
