Construction PMOur client, a leader in the geotechnical construction field, is seeking an experienced Construction PM to oversee complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing drilled shaft installations, especially in challenging environments like waterways, and have extensive experience in project estimation and managementThis Role Offers:Opportunity to work with a talented and inclusive team. Focus:Oversee and direct deep foundation projects involving complex piling operations, guaranteeing seamless execution and strict adherence to design requirements. Manage marine-based construction initiatives that utilize floating equipment or temporary bridging systems. Take responsibility for estimating project costs, materials, and timelines, ensuring accurate and competitive bids. Supervise and coordinate all stages of Cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) pile construction, retaining walls, shoring, and tieback systems. Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are rigorously followed throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget. Skill Set:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years' experience specializing in drilled shaft installations. Proven experience in managing construction projects over water bodies, utilizing barges or trestles, with at least two completed projects in these environments. Proven track record of five-plus years in managing large-scale, soil-and-foundation projects from conception to completion. Minimum of five years' expertise in construction cost analysis, proposal development, and budget resource optimization. Expertise in Cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) piles, retaining walls, shoring systems, and tiebacks.
