With over 75 years of industry experience, we are dedicated to placing the right people in the right positions for our clients.Position Overview:We are partnering with a leading Mechanical Contractor in the Pittsburgh, PA area to find a highly experienced Sr. Mechanical Project Manager. They handle large-scale projects and provide robust support and compensation for their teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all phases of assigned projectsPrepare and manage project schedulesEstimate and negotiate change orders, maintaining change order logsManage project budgets and approve all expensesOversee contract administrationHandle the buyout of subcontracts and equipmentInterface with project ownersAssemble and maintain complete project records and close-out documentsConduct project punch-list inspections with the superintendent and owner's representative, issuing punch lists to relevant subcontractorsMaintain contact with past clients for repeat workQualifications:Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial, institutional, or government projects larger than $10 millionProven ability to manage project teams, with strong project controls and financial management skillsSolid communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to establish timelines and budgetsExperience in cost estimation and negotiatingCapability to multi-task and lead productive, multi-discipline meetingsDemonstrated career stability and project management successBenefits: Our client is committed to the well-being of their employees and their families.
