Production Manager

The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the greater Lebanon IN area to find an experienced Production Manager for their team! This job will have the following responsibilities:Oversees production lines to make sure products meet all specifications and numbers / targets are meeting objectivesDirectly manage production supervisors, off shift managers, and all hourly associatesMaintains a safe work environment for all employeesPartners with all production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and engineering on plant initiatives, production concerns, equipment upgrades/installations, and overall plant cultureParticipates in continuous improvement projects and initiativesPartner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance mattersQualifications & Requirements:Bachelors Degree preferred3+ years of manufacturing management experienceExperience in food, packaging, pharma, and plastics manufacturing preferred
