Sr Environmental Engineer - Project Technical Leader

Job Opportunity: Project Technical Leader (PTL) - Water ProjectsMy client a global leading consulting firm in the water/wastewater space is seeking a mid-to-senior level engineer with extensive experience in leading multi-discipline drinking water projects. As the Project Technical Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving their growth in the market.Key Responsibilities:Lead teams to design and deliver water treatment facilities and related infrastructure, from process modeling to final construction drawings.Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Mentor and develop junior technical staff while supervising their work.Conduct site reviews and water quality analyses.Collaborate with sales teams on proposals and engage with current and prospective clients.Attend conferences to enhance visibility in the industry.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.Professional Engineering (PE) license.10+ years of related experience (equivalent experience may substitute for a degree).Experience with various project delivery methods (design-build, design-bid-build) is preferred.Skills:Strong knowledge of large-scale project planning, design, and management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to navigate complex technical materials and drive results within a matrix organization.Benefits:Work on flagship projects across the country - including one of the Industry's biggest PFAS project!Ownership track as a employee owned firmHybrid and flexible work hour scheduleAbility to take reign on your own personal career development with both technical and project management tracksand much more
