Tax ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our tax department, providing expert advice and guidance on tax-related matters to clients and colleagues alike. The Tax Manager will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws, while also maximizing tax savings opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the tax department, ensuring all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and effectivelyProvide expert advice and guidance on tax-related matters to clients and colleaguesMaximize tax savings opportunities by staying up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulationsPrepare and review tax returns for a variety of entities, including S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnershipsConduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax regulationsCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax-related tasksServe as a liaison between clients and the IRS or other tax authorities as neededTrain and mentor junior staff membersQualificationsCPA certificationBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years experience as a Tax ManagerExpertise in tax law and regulationsExperience with tax preparation software, such as PrepExperience with tax planning for high net worth individualsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
