Sr. HVAC Design EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr. HVAC Design Engineer to lead the design and implementation of innovative HVAC systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects.Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for creating detailed HVAC design drawings and specifications.Conduct load calculations and perform psychrometric analysis to ensure system efficiency.Select appropriate HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, and air handlers based on project requirements.Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC designs seamlessly into overall project plans.Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications.Perform site visits and inspections to assess system installations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, psychrometrics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to HVAC design and installation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and project management skills.BenefitsWe offer a competitive base + bonuses401kPTO/ Paid holiday'sFull benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
