Wholesale Assistant - Luxury Fashion Brand

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Wholesale Assistant to support their women's team temporarily in New York! This role is 4x a week on-site. Responsibilities:Provide daily administrative support to optimize sales for the Wholesale Team.Coordinate with external buying teams to share selling materials.Manage sales collateral, training materials, and business development tools.Act as the main point of contact between external partners and team.Assist with market support activities, event preparation, and product knowledge presentations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.1+ year wholesale/ showroom/ market experience preferred, luxury brand experience a plus.Strong focus on building client relationships and customer service.Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.Proficient in computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Skypad.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.Please submit your resume for consideration!You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
