Utilities Water EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Water Engineer to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to design and develop water utility systems while ensuring their compliance with industry standards and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop water utility systems, including treatment plants, storage facilities, and distribution networks.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including environmental and health and safety regulations.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed water utility projects.Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, construction teams, and regulatory agencies.Provide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance staff.Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize water utility systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in water utility design and development.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to water utility systems.Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
