PositionHR AssistantLocation: Cary, NC (Hybrid)Pay: $26/hourExperience: Associate's degree, preferably in Secretarial Science, Administrative Office Technology, Business, or a related field.Education: One year of experience in an HR administrative role.Type: Full-time; ContractSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pmGreene Resources is seeking an HR Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Manage and process employee data changes utilizing the ticketing system or email.Respond to data checks and monitor the shared HRBP mailbox.Design, manage, and update the SharePoint site used by the US HRBP team.Facilitate routine and ad hoc analytic and reporting requests.Create templates and starter decks for repeatable HR process materials (e.g., OTR, Business Reviews).Prepare letters and documents for employee transactions.Manage an HR scorecard for critical initiatives, enabling and supporting regular business reviews.Gather and compile information regarding scope, timelines, tasks, and dependencies, and develop detailed project plans (e.g., using MS Project, Excel, or other project planning software).Coordinate and collaborate with HR team members across multiple teams to plan, execute, and keep track of projects of all sizes.Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting outcomes and next steps.Lead training sessions for new team members.Perform other duties as assigned.Position Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Experience working with Workday and SharePoint.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Greene Resources does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
