Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Substation Project Manager to lead and manage substation projects across our service area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the electrical industry, focusing on substation design, construction, and operation.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of substation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop project scopes and objectives, aligning with strategic goals.Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, utilizing project management software for tracking and reporting.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, contractors, and clients.Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders.Mentor and develop project team members, promoting a culture of safety and collaboration.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
