Overview: Lifestation, a leading provider of medical alert services, is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Associate Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for owning the content creation and logistics execution of LifeStation's Marketing & Sales organizations. The ideal candidate will be highly detailed oriented with a proven track record of successfully managing content production, creative, and regionally distributed activations in either agency or brand settings.Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing program managers to execute marketing strategies across creative production and marketing activation partnersManage creative production for marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives, liaising between stakeholders and creative producersOwn logistics for marketing collateral ordering, inventory management, and shipping to regional staff and for conferencesExecute on a content calendar of social posts, email newsletters, and presentationsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standardsCommunicate effectively with multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority to keep projects on trackManage cross-functional timelines and dependencies to ensure successful project deliveryQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field6+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, ad operations, or project managementExperience managing creative production, external vendors, and sourcing freelancersBackground in copywriting, journalism, or graphic design preferredExperience with programs InDesign and Hubspot helpfulExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectivelyFamiliarity with the healthcare or insurance industry would be a bonusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsLifeStation is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce, one that reflects the varied communities we serve.
