They partner with the Associate Director or Account Director to set the strategic tone and direction for planning deliverables. The Associate Manager also assists in the development of any important plans, projects or presentations to the client. They have a strong working knowledge of the media space, including digital media and available media research. As a stepping-stone to leadership, the Associate Manager is responsible for managing a planning team, including skills development, evaluating performance and supporting growth.QualificationsGraduate of a four-year college or universityTwo to three years of digital experience, preferably direct responseKnowledge of traditional channel planning (TV/Print/OOH); nice to have but not requiredGuide campaign strategy from start to finishStrong communicator; internal and external teamsDelegate and mentor associateCandidates should be able to commit to a hybrid scheduleResponsibilitiesPassion approaches any situation with energy and interest. Displays passion for pop culture, trends, and motivations in consumer behavior.Critical Thinking the ability to develop insights and use data to support strategic thinking.Hunger for Data continually seeks to understand how data is leveraged for reporting and used to define strategies, to defend strategies, and to uncover new opportunities.Delegation as a manager of the Strategist and Assistant levels, delegation skills are key to achieving deliverables and developing others.Relationship Building whether internally or with clients, practices the ability to be personal, understanding and a desire to do what's best for the team and the client.Compensation Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
