Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CAS Supervisor to manage our public accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAS, OAS, CaaS, and Public Accounting, and will oversee all aspects of financial management for our CPA firm, including month-end close, invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day financial operations for our CPA firm, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsManage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reportingMonitor and manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activitiesSupervise staff accountants and provide guidance and support as neededDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracyPrepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholdersMaintain knowledge of current accounting principles and industry trendsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with demonstrable experience in CAS, OAS, CaaS, and Public AccountingCPA certification requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficient in accounting software and MS Office applicationsExperience with month-end close, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivableBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
